We had Scott Smith Roofing install a new roof on our house 4/20/2021. They did an excellent job from start to finish and kept us informed all the way. They cleaned up the yard in an excellent manner and were very professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company. They also gave us a military discount which we really appreciated. Tenacious, competent, professional. These guys went the extra mile reroofing a metal roof on my cabin that is over 100 years old. After completion there was leaking around the chimney. Three different techs came back (including Scott) to diagnose a cracked chimney. They were correct. After having the chimney repaired there has been no more leaking. These guys were the best. Right down to their sales rep, they were all kind and professional. Thank you so much for saving my old cabin!!read more

Scott Smith replaced my hurricane Irma damaged roof a few years ago and did an excellent job. I just hired them to do the roof over the laundry room and patio which was also damaged by Hurricane Irma and all the framing structure had to be rebuilt.Their pricing was fair, quality of work excellent and on time.My wife and I were struggling to install 40 feet of gutters when Steve from Scott Smith came by to collect payment. He insisted on helping us to set the gutter in place. Steve saved us from spending extra hours struggling with the gutter. Thank you Steve for excellent customer service.read more

Scott Smith Roofing, Inc is a Great Company!!!! We just had our new roof put on and sky lights. We love it !!!!!!!!!!! Steve, Jen, Steve Jr. and Chris were Awesome and friendly. Great crew. They were always punctual every day. Our ;neighbors were impressed how they worked and cleaned up everyday before they left. You didn't know they were there. It made our home look like a new home. Great company! Alicia and Jennifer in the office are outstanding at customer service! The crew were punctual, friendly and efficient. Jerry was wonderful at explaining the process and very clear with details. He even went outside in the sun with his samples to help us pick the best shingle color. They did exactly as they said they would do. They showed when they said, started work when they said they would, and finished as promised. I own a commercial building with important tenants, they were respectful of the tenants, respectful of the tenant needing to do business during the project. Cleaned up the area upon completion. The office staff was outstanding: my insurance company made some unique demands. and they responded in a timely manner to meet those demands. Great folks, great work, I highly recommend this company. Scott Smith Roofing did a great job roofing my wife's mother's home. We are from out of state and coordinated with the ladies in the office to do the work while we were in town. The crew showed up on the day they were scheduled and went to work. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and efficiently. I was surprised by the amount of paperwork and the number of inspections required by the county, but the company took care of all of it. At the end of the project, we got a summary of the materials that were used as well as the warranty information. The final bill was for the same amount as the quote--no hidden charges. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for working with us on this project!read more
